At our southern Regional Education and Formation day on Saturday 21 June we made reference to this document (downloadable as a pdf from the site) which very helpfully describes the concept of the “priesthood of all believers”, especially in regard to our emphasis on baptismal ministry in Local Shared Ministry.

It could be a useful resource to preachers and educators.
